This week, we have been measuring. Today we learnt to measure accurately in metres. We found out that some dinosaurs were very large – 27m in length!
We went on a Tudor story experience in Y3 today.
On Friday, Y3 took part in a workshop. We explored the story through drama, role play and script reading. It was brilliant and helped us to understand the characters more.
The children made masks and acted out the scene at the Capulet’s ball in Romeo and Juliet.
Year three entered the church Christmas tree competition this year. They decided to make mini Christmas tree jumpers in honour of the Children’s society Christmas jumper day. They worked really hard on their designs and I’m pleased to say they won!
